AskZiwei provides informational readings, interpretations, and paid reading features (credit top-ups, pay per use). Outputs are generated by software and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection only.
AskZiwei is pay-per-use: you top up a credit balance and spend it on the readings you choose. Credit top-ups are processed through our payment provider (Waffo Pancake). Prices and available features are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Credits never expire, and nothing is charged automatically or renews. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Your balance is displayed in coins (1 unit = 1 coin); coins are your top-up balance, and any unspent portion can be refunded to the original payment method for the amount actually paid.
If you purchased a Plus or Pro subscription before October 3, 2026, that purchase remains governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase, including the renewal and refund terms stated then.
The AskZiwei brand, site design, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to take action if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to:
Actions that may trigger enforcement include: abusing the API, attempting to bypass paywalls or quotas, reverse-engineering the service, posting harmful or illegal content, impersonating others, or violating applicable laws.
